We have a few important updates and announcements regarding hot lunch for cycle 3 - January and February.
Nitza’s Pizzas is no longer available to provide hot lunch services as they have closed their locations in Sherwood Park. Because of this, Nitza’s Pizza will not be providing us hot lunch service on February 12, 2026. We are currently sourcing a new vendor - updates to come! Please note that all Nitza's Pizza orders (that includes all lunch, side, beverage, and donation items) have been deleted from the system!!
Jan 16 (Fri) - UK Kinder - Hot Lunch - Canadian Brew House - ordering available until Thursday Jan 8!
Jan 22 (Thurs) - EN Kinder - Hot Lunch - Popeyes
Jan 29 (Thurs) - EN Kinder - Treat Day - Italian Centre
Feb 12 (Thurs) - EN Kinder - Hot Lunch - New vendor to come
Feb 17 (Tues) - UK Kinder - Hot Lunch - A Cappella (Pancakes and sausage) - provided by Parent Council - will be served at regular lunch time!
Feb 24 (Tues) - UK Kinder - Treat Day - Cobs
We are extending the ordering window! Orders will be accepted Friday, December 19th to Thursday, January 15th, except for Canadian Brew House (master order has to be in Jan 9th). Any orders after Thursday, January 15th will not be accepted. Payments are accepted via e-transfer only to st.nicholaspac@gmail.com
*E-transfers will not be reconciled until after the ordering window has come to a close. For those that ordered Nitza’s Pizza and have already sent in an e-transfer, please note that there may be a discrepancy between how much you owe now with the Nitza’s order being deleted and what you actually e-transferred in. Accounts will be credited if there is any additional funds!
3)Parent Council will be funding the Shrove Tuesday lunch of 2 pancakes, 2 sausage, syrup, and butter (ordered from A Cappella) for each student, staff member, and volunteer. The school is asking for a $2 donation to help offset the cost. Please consider supporting this school wide initiative! Pancakes and sausage will be served at regular lunch time!
4) I will be connecting with parents who regularly order for their enrichment students!

Please note that there may be food allergens or products that can cause sensitivities (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten etc) served by each vendor. Unfortunately, while we do our best to accommodate everyone's dietary needs, some vendors may not be able to offer menu items that are completely allergen free or have options that are dairy or gluten free. Please use discretion when ordering if your child has a sensitivity or allergy.

Our school is fundraising with Mabel’s Labels!
If you’re not familiar with Mabel’s Labels, they are personalized, durable, waterproof labels. They are great for everything from shoes, clothing tags, water bottles and backpacks. You can customize them with your name and a design, and they are dishwasher, laundry and microwave safe.
