Please note that there may be food allergens or products that can cause sensitivities (peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten etc) served by each vendor. Unfortunately, while we do our best to accommodate everyone's dietary needs, some vendors may not be able to offer menu items that are completely allergen free or have options that are dairy or gluten free. Please use discretion when ordering if your child has a sensitivity or allergy.
We kindly remind families that hot lunch orders must be placed within the designated ordering window, and unfortunately we are unable to accept late orders once the deadline has passed. This policy is in place to respect the lead times set by our vendor partners, who rely on finalized numbers to appropriately staff their kitchens, order ingredients, and arrange delivery. Adjusting orders after the deadline impacts their operations and our ability to run the program smoothly. Additionally, our Parent Council members who coordinate hot lunch are volunteers generously donating their time to support our school community. We ask that their time and efforts be respected by ensuring orders are submitted before the closing date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep this program running successfully for everyone.
If you have any questions, concerns, or trouble with the website or the ordering process, please feel free to reach out to me at st.nicholaspac@gmail.com
If you are able to volunteer to help on hot lunch day please click the volunteer box when ordering. It is appreciated!

Read-A-Thon Fundraiser 2026 - Blast Off Into Reading!
Dear parents and caregivers,
St. Nicholas in partnership with the Parent Council, is pleased to present the second annual Read A Thon fundraiser. This year, students will become Reading Astronauts as we “blast off” into a month-long reading adventure. The Read A Thon fundraiser will begin Tuesday, April 7th and end Thursday, April 30th.
Funds raised from this year’s event will be donated to St. Nicholas School for various initiatives to help enhance our student’s learning environment and will support
Year End Fun Day!
This year our school fundraising goal is $4000.
Your mission reading kit included in this package is a pledge sheet, minutes read log, and a bingo card! This reading kit will come home with your students today!
Pledge Sheet - students can collect pledges from family and friends at a flat rate or per minute read
Minutes Read Log - Students will keep track of the minutes they have read on the minutes read log. If donors have pledged by minutes read, students will need to calculate the total minutes read and collect pledges starting May 1st. (For those that are in Pre-K, Kinder, and Grade 1, minutes read or time spent with a book qualify!)
Bingo Cards - Each student will receive a Reading Bingo Card to help guide their reading throughout the month by giving them fun and interactive challenges!
Becoming an avid reader seems like a prize itself, but to heat up the competition we are offering our astronauts some fun prizes!
Weekly prize - Bring your Bingo Cards in on the following dates during lunch time to show a member of the Parent Council your completed bingos (rows and or a full card) for the choice of a prize from the prize bin or a book! Each row completed on your bingo card also gets you a ticket into a draw for a chance to silly string your principals!

Here are 3 ways you can show your support for St. Nicholas!
Our school is fundraising with Mabel’s Labels!
If you’re not familiar with Mabel’s Labels, they are personalized, durable, waterproof labels. They are great for everything from shoes, clothing tags, water bottles and backpacks. You can customize them with your name and a design, and they are dishwasher, laundry and microwave safe.
Mabel’s Labels also offers clothing stamps, silicone bands for water bottles and medical alert labels. This is a great way to ensure your items don’t end up in the lost & found or mixed up.
To support our fundraiser, visit campaigns.mabelslabels.com and select St. Nicholas Catholic School (PAC) - Sherwood Park. You can pick out whatever labels or products you want, and it will ship for free directly to your house! Thank you for supporting us!
St.Nicholas and Code Ninjas are partnering again for the school year! Stay tuned for more awesome opportunities!
Once again we are partnering with Save-On-Foods on Clover Bar road! We are collecting any and all receipts from this location! Simply bring your receipts to the office and give them to Simone!
